Loan to Value: up to 65% of “as is” value


Interest rates: from 13% to 17% (rates based on several variables)
Loan Fees: 4-7% of loan amount plus Underwriting/ Processing fees of $2325.
PLEASE Note: Borrowers are required to pay loan fees at closing
Low or No Credit: loans are given primarily based on the property, not the borrower’s credit
Loan Term: 6-24 month terms available
Min/Max Loan Amounts: $15K to $No Max
Quick turnaround times: From application to funding, the typical timeline is 2-3 weeks or less
